Samba Drumming

Picture 1

Samba Drumming Club is for children who enjoy drumming and don't mind lots of loud noises!

The club is held every Wednesday from 3.15 until 4.15 with Mr Collings, our drumming teacher and supported by Miss Page for children in years 4,5 and 6.

During the club we will be working towards a number of performances including entertaining our family and friends, performing at the English Rivera Centre in March as part of the Schools Music Festival and opening sports day in the Summer term.

Our next performance!

The Drumming and Performing Arts Club will be performing as part of the Torbay Schools' Festival of Perfoming Arts on the evening of Tuesday 27th March 2018.  This festival of competitions and concerts involves hundreds of young people and is supported by the Torbay Academy of Performing Arts (TAPA), our music advisory service. It gives individuals and schools across Torbay the opportunity to showcase their musical talents.

Our performance is inspired by the film 'Moana' and we are very much looking forward to sharing it with you. We look forward to seeing you there!

Autumn term performance

We have been working hard this term and were able to share what we had learned with our family and friends. Thank you to all those who came to listen and support us. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
