Samba Drumming

Picture 1

Samba Drumming Club is run on Wednesdays by Mr Collings, our drumming teacher and supported by Miss Page.  All children who are able to attend the club have had a year of Samba Drumming during their music curriculum time and now wish to continue to learn.  It is a club for children who enjoy drumming but not for those who are sensitive to loud noises!

The children have not needed to audition to be able to take a place, but for the club to be a success we have asked all children to attend on a regular basis so we can prepare for performances at the end of each term.

We will be working towards performances at the end of each term including a performance at the International Riviera Centre in March, as part of the Schools Music Festival.
