Sport in School

Autumn Term 2021

Year 5 News

On Thursday 23rd September 2021, Year 5 were invited to St Cuthbert Mayne for an inter-school Cricket Festival!

Our class formed three teams and competed against a further three from another local school in a competition of cricket skills. Activities included batting, bowling and fielding skills in a carousel of timed activities.

We are proud to announce that ‘Homelands Team 2’ scored the most points throughout the competition and were crowned the winners overall!
