We had great fun sharing our familiar print homework!
Growing and Changing!
We were very excited to start our new unit, focusing on the story of 'The Hungry Caterpillar'.
We've taken our time to think about the process of the caterpillar turning into a butterfly and have taken great care of our own class caterpillars!
We have also thought about all the delicious food that the caterpillar eats as he makes his journey to butterfly and really enjoyed our fruit tasting to help us decide what we like and don't like.
We have taken turns watching our caterpillars slowly cocoon themselves. We can't wait for the butterflies to emerge!
GET INTO SHAPE DAY - We had a fantastic day learning about the properties of different shapes, challenging ourselves to recreate these shapes with our bodies and elastic. We also had lots of fun searching for different shapes on our Shape Finding Scavenger Hunt!
