Autumn Term 2021

The children in KS2 have made a super start to TTRS this academic year. Every week, in assembly, we celebrate the effort children are making with their practice, awarding certificates to the top 2 children in each year group who have spent the most time practising that week. Recall of multiplication facts are key to unlocking so many topics in mathematics and for helping children to access these areas with confidence and fluency. Well done to all children who have been working hard towards achieving this goal.

At the end of October we had a battle between the year groups in KS2 and these are the results:

Year 5 vs Year 6: Winners are YEAR 5 with a total of 13,405 coins

Well done to Leo H, Bradley B, Conner R and Maddison B, who were the top earners in this battle!

Year 3 vs Year 4: Winners are YEAR 3 with a total of 11,084 coins

Well done to Isobel K, Vinny F, Lennon H and Scarlett F, who were the top earners in this battle!

How fantastic to see the underdogs win in both battles – maybe next time Year 4 and Year 6?

There will be another battle at the end of the Autumn term.
