Lauren Pitchford

I was born and brought up in Zimbabwe and moved to the UK in 1997. Since 2001 I have practised as a barrister exclusively in the area of Family Law. In February 2018 I joined the Legal Team at Torbay Council where I have practised to date. I have a keen interest in ensuring that children's needs are met across the spectrum of their welfare needs and am pleased to have been invited to participate in Homelands through my position as a Governor. I live near Chudleigh and love walking on the moor with my husband and 3 dogs.
