Homelands Governors are seeking to recruit a Parent Governor.

Governors work with the school to ensure that we provide the best learning environment possible for all our children. Working alongside the Headteacher and staff having an overview of all aspects of school life, helping to create an inclusive, caring and aspirational place to be. We have at least nine meetings a year each approximately two hours in length, there is also an amount of time needed to read information in preparation ahead of the meetings.  Every governor has a responsibility for an area of the curriculum, or school life, so the ability to visit at least termly during the school day is also required.

If you feel you have the commitment to join this progressive Governing Body we would love to hear from you.

Please contact the school office as soon as possible.
