Celebrating a love of reading!
Reading continues to be celebrated in all classes with daily reading and quizzing.
In our celebration assemblies, we will announce how many books each class has read each week, and the number of words each class has also read.
In every classroom, there is an AR display where the number of words and books read is displayed and celebrated each week.
Mrs Morley is also giving us a copy of our monthly word count for us to display, which is also being displayed on the whole school AR display in the corridor, for everyone to see how many words we have read as they walk past!
Teachers will still be awarding certificates each week for 2 quizzes with 100% ( in KS1) and 2 consecutive quizzes with a 100% in KS2
