Homework

On this page, you will find information on our Year 1 homework tasks.

Weekly homework tasks include reading their online reading book, practising their weekly spellings in their homework book and counting practice. Please write a comment in your child's reading journal 3 times a week.  These will be collected on a MONDAY

There is one learning journey project, which the children must complete at some point over the half term. These can be handed in at any time.

New learning journey projects will be set each half term.

 

Homework books need to come in each FRIDAY, so we can mark any homework completed and give the children their new spellings. (We will also do the spelling tests in their Homework book so you can see how they have done.)
